Arabic gum/Pectin mixing

Arabic gum: Hot RO water fill into jacketed mixing tank, start the high shear mixer, feed pre-mixed sugar and Arabic gum powder mixture, run the high shear mixer during powder feeding, sampling at 5 mins and 10 mins after powder feeding. 

Pump mixture out after homogenized. Conventional method is to use agitator for mixing due to the high viscosity, it’s low efficiency and the final mixture is not so homogenized. But our high shear mixer could solve this problem excellently, it took only 5-10mins to get homogenized mixture, agglomeration free.

Pectin: Hot RO water feed into jacketed mixing tank, the tank is equipped with load cell which use for water inline dosing, start high shear mixer, then feed pre-mixed sugar and pectin powder, run the high shear mixer during powder feeding, sampling at 5 mins and 10 mins after powder feeding.
