Sugar&gel mixing system

Sugar and powder gel are both common raw materials, and sometimes they are used together. 

It’s difficult to mixing due to powder gel characters, what’s more it will mixed together with sugar. 

RO water heated to rated temperature through heat exchanger then pumped into mixing tank, sugar was feed through vacuum mixer and circulated till all sugar feed in, sugar was fully mixed with hot water by bottom high shear mixer and stirrer

Ambient aseptic water feed into gel mixing tank, gel powder feed into tank manually and mixed completely, then pumped into sugar mixing tank through rotor pump, the sugar and gel mixed together till get homogenized and uniform mixture
