Heating and cooling system

The heating and cooling systems are used to heat up and cool down the process liquid temperature inside the fixed tanks. The heating and cooling system is designed as a closed system,with two heating exchangers in the loop:one is dedicated for heating,while the other one is dedicated for cooling.The heating and cooling system can automatic switch heating and cooling function to achieve the process requirement viaits local control unit.

The heating and cooling systems are designed to control the liquid temperature inside the fixed tank during processing.The control units of heating and cooling systems are to be interlocked with the control system of process tank. The temperature will be manually set on the process tank control system via HMI,and it will be controlled by local control unit of heating and cooling system.The temperature senor installed on the fixed tanks will detect the real temperature of liquid in the tank.When it reaching the set point,a signal will sent to heating and cooling control unit to stop heating or cooling.The temperature is fully automatically controlled without human interference.

It also designed to keep menthol temperature inside the menthol tank. The temperature will be manually set, and the system will start heating and keep the temperature automatically. The temperature senor installed on the menthol tank will detect the real menthol temperature, and interlocked with the heating system. In normal case, the system will select steam as heating medium. When the steam supply fails, the system should select electrical heater automatically.
